Step 1: Log in to Your Attorney Fuel

Go to the login page:
? https://app.attorneyfuel.com

Step 2: Go to the "Conversations" Section

  1. On the left-hand sidebar, click on “Conversations”.

  2. This will open your Inbox, where you can view all the recent messages (SMS, email, etc.) you’ve sent and received.

Step 3: Check the "Opened" Status

  1. In the conversation view, look for any email or message that you’ve sent to a lead.

  2. Each conversation will have an “Opened” status next to it if the lead has opened or interacted with the message. The status will typically say:

    • “Opened” – The lead has viewed or opened your message.

    • “Not Opened” – The lead has not opened or engaged with the message yet.

Step 4: View More Engagement Details (Optional)

  1. You can click on the conversation to get more details on how the lead interacted with the message. For instance, if it’s an email, you may see information like:

    • When the email was opened.

    • Whether the lead clicked any links within the email (e.g., a link to schedule a consultation).
