Why are my messages not sending to clients?

If messages are not sending, follow these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection to ensure it’s stable.

  2. Clear your browser cache and reload the page.

  3. Ensure your number is correctly set up in the CRM settings.

  4. Verify the client's contact information to make sure it’s correct.

  5. If issues persist, submit a ticket via the Help button, including details of the issue, and we’ll assist you further.
